Life is full of challenges.
Choosing where to live should not be one of them.

Who We Are

Convenient Holdings is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring residential assets that feature convenient access to employers, everyday amenities, and lifestyle attractions. We are a tenant-focused company that emphasizes tenant-friendly improvements to enhance the living experience for the entire community. Epitomized by the offering hand in our logo, we invest in communities that give our residents a feeling of having everything desired at their fingertips.

Investment Strategy

Convenient Holdings is committed to delivering superior, risk-weighted returns for investors by locating inefficiencies in our selected markets. We underwrite long-term hold periods with limited risk to maximize the benefits to taxable investors through depreciation and refinancing.

We acquire underperforming multifamily assets in high growth yet supply constrained markets in the Western United States. We target a wide range of investment sizes with the goal of scaling within selected submarkets. This results in a portfolio with an institutional level of efficiency and an opportunistic acquisition basis.
